As a Notary Signing Agent, my priority is to represent the lender, title company and real estate agent in a highly professional manner, then return the error-free, completed documents as quickly as possible.

 

I make sure that the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, Patriot Act and all other key forms are filled out, signed and dated accurately. All while ensuring that the client understands which documents they are signing, after making an appointment that is convenient to their schedule. There will never be a need for a re-signing or funding conditions on my watch.

 

Certified with the NNA and the Loan Signing System (LSS), I hold the most current state certifications and background checks. My Maryland TIPIC license is always up to date, along with $100,000 E & O insurance.
